理由は、
昨日私は大きいお店で10万円ちょっとの仕入れを
当社のためにしようとしたら、
DCカードを使えなかった。
買い物をした店の担当は、
カード会社に問合せをしたところ、
カード会社はカードを使えない理由を教えてくれなかったらしい。
今日は私は自分で調べた。
理由はわかった。
10万円というのは、大きい金額と言われたので、
犯罪が起こらないように一時的にカードをストップする
セキュリティーシステムは反応してしまったらしい。
こんなことは2ヶ月前にもあった。
解決に今日40分間かかった。
カードの会費を毎月払っているし、
カードで買い物もめったにしないし、
カードで買い物できる限界の金額も大きい。
お店で10万円の買い物でもできない金のない社長に見えたのかな。
セキュリティー会社しか儲けない、
何の接客にならないセキュリティー機能を
私のカードから削除して下さいとDCカード社にお願いした。
DCカードは対応してくれた。
また、カードを使えなかった店に電話をしてもらって、
担当者にあやまってくれ、とお願いした。
DCカードはそんなことをしないと言ったけど、
「そちらの中途半端のシステムで会社があやまらないのであれば、
個人的にあやまってくれ」と言ったら、
DCカードは私が買い物をできなかった店にあやまると
約束してくれた。
多分、そこまでやらせないと、
馬鹿なセキュリティーでお客様はどこまで困っているか、
向こうはわからないでしょう。
自分の肌でその経験しないと。
非常に無駄な時間だった。
まあ、ブログと講演と本のネタになったことに、いつもありがたい。

Hey, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, superb blog!
