どうすればクリエイティブになれるか？
昨日、私は会員であるメイリングリストに送った内容。。。
昨日の忘年会で多くの皆様から同じ質問をされました。「どうすれば詩を書けますか」。
ちょうど、今ニュージーランドの大学で通信教育で「クリエイティブ・プロセス」（パフォーマンス・ライティング・映画作り）講座を取っていますから、少しづつ教えられることを教えます。
皆様が詩を書けるかどうかわかりませんが、個人的な経験から言うと、何かしたい時、何かクリエートしたい時に、何かを止めなければならないです。多くの人は全てなんでもほしいです。それは無理です。
私は海外に行くために、ビジネスセミナーと他のセミナーに参加やめました。ストレスになっていたジャーナリストの仕事もやめました。お金になっても、全てやる必要なないです。記事を書くのをやめたら、もう一冊の本も書け、詩人にもなれました。勉強会に行くことをやめたら、海外に行く時間が増えました。自宅の家具を捨てたら、掃除の時間が減りました。掃除に音楽を付けたら、運動も掃除も一石2鳥。
すべてやりたい人は多分ケッチ。
何か新しいことをしたい時、何か古いことを止める必要があるかもしれない。私は旅に出てから詩人になりました。イタリアに行く飛行機の中。旅をするのはとても大事。クリエイティブになりたいなら、一人旅はとても大事と思う。人と行くと、会話で頭落ち着かない。
私は毎月ニセコでブックランチをやりました。それを今日で終わりました。人を集めるのは、ストレスもないわけではないから、ストレスなしでニセコにいつでも通った方が詩も出るし、閃きも。人を集めたい時だけ集めればいい。毎月私は人を集める必要はないです。
また、詩をどうしても書きたい人は、色々な詩人の詩を読んでみたら。私は子供の時から色々な詩人の詩を色々な言葉で読んでいます。詩を好きになればいい。創造の女神が閃きをくれなければ、自分で自らでも詩を作れないことはない。詩を読んでいれば、大体詩のルールをわかるはず。でも、ルールに従うより、自分のスピリット（心）を表現すればいい。多くの人は外面（エゴ）ばかりを気にする。スピリットや心は内面。
違いをわからない人には「ニューアース」の本をおすすめします。エゴについての本。
